Design Stable Analog and Digital Power Supplies In Minutes!
Biricha Digital’s WDS Power Supply Design Software is, one of the most complete and technically advanced power supply design environments available anywhere in the world.
Designing a reliable modern power supply, particularly for demanding server and data center applications, can be an overwhelming undertaking. Engineers must navigate vast numbers of equations, operating conditions, component stresses, stability constraints, and digital control considerations that are traditionally scattered across textbooks, semiconductor application notes, and years of accumulated experience.
WDS brings this entire body of knowledge together into a single coherent engineering environment, enabling designers to move rapidly from specification to confident, hardware ready implementation.
By simply entering the required electrical specifications, WDS automatically determines operating voltages, currents, stresses, and full control loop behaviour, dramatically reducing manual effort and shortening development cycles from concept to verified performance.
Control loop design, especially digital control for high performance server and data center power supplies, is often regarded as one of the most complex and intimidating disciplines in power electronics. WDS removes this complexity entirely.
For analog control, the software determines the optimal pole and zero structure required for stable and well damped dynamic response, and then calculates the exact compensation component values needed for real hardware implementation.
For digital control, WDS goes significantly further. It is the only tool that designs the complete loop architecture and directly generates the precise control coefficients required for implementation on leading industry platforms, including STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments, Microchip, and Infineon digital power controllers.
This unique capability allows engineers to progress seamlessly from power stage design to loop stability to embedded digital control implementation, all within a single unified workflow. In advanced server and data center environments, where stability margins, transient response, and development time are mission critical, this level of integration represents a transformative shift in how power supplies are designed.
WDS has been engineered as the ultimate toolbox for the professional power supply designer, bringing together deep theoretical rigor, real world practicality, and unprecedented automation in one powerful design platform.
